Terms & Community Agreement

Make something wonderful. Treat people well. Keep it clean and fun. Agreement version 2026-10-26.2.

These terms govern your use of Roamzi, including its builder, uploaded content, shared rooms, Directory, voice, trials and shop features. “Roamzi,” “we” and “us” mean the operator of this service. By selecting Accept & continue, you agree to these terms and the community rules below. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy notice explains our data practices.

1. Who can use Roamzi

You must be at least 13 to create an account, upload content or use social features. If you are under 18 or below the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms with you and supervise your use. You must meet any higher minimum age required by local law or your headset provider. Children under 13 are not currently supported for accounts or social participation. Do not submit a child’s personal information or profile photo. A parent’s checkbox is not a substitute for any legally required verified parental consent.

2. Your account and your room

Use accurate information, protect your sign-in and keep a backup of important work. You are responsible for your rooms, uploads, links, products, collaborators and conduct. Do not impersonate another person, evade a suspension, sell account access, exploit bugs or interfere with the service. Roamzi may require you to sign in and accept the current agreement before saving, publishing, shopping or joining others.

3. Keep Roamzi safe, respectful and lawful

The following are prohibited in rooms, images, models, products, videos, links, usernames and voice:

Do not use Roamzi to arrange harm, solicit private information from minors or encourage dangerous behavior. Private or unlisted rooms must follow the same rules. No moderation process can detect every violation; you remain responsible for your conduct.

4. Reports, removal and appeals

Use Report a concern to flag a room. Include its link, the issue and relevant facts; do not upload illegal material as evidence. For imminent danger, contact local emergency services. We may investigate, unlist or remove content, restrict features, pause room access or terminate an account when we reasonably believe there is a violation, a safety or security risk, a legal obligation or misuse of the service. Serious illegal content can result in immediate removal without a warning or payment grace period. Where appropriate or required, we may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

We may contact you about concerns when we have a valid account email. Where practical and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a way to request review by replying to the notice. You may also submit a review request through the concern form. A report is an allegation, not proof; avoid abusive or knowingly false reports. We do not promise continuous monitoring or a specific response time.

5. Your content and permission to operate the service

You retain ownership of your original content. You grant Roamzi a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, resize, display and transmit content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate and provide the service, including showing rooms you choose to publish. This does not transfer ownership or grant permission to sell your content or use it in unrelated advertising. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions.

You can unlist a room or stop sharing a link. Private currently means unlisted, not password protected. Anyone with an existing saved room link may access it unless the link is revoked or the account’s access is blocked. Public visitors can meet others and optionally use voice. Copies others lawfully saved and records retained for legal, payment, backup or safety reasons may remain after deletion.

6. Plans, trials and payment access

Free, Creator and Studio have the limits displayed on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are not active until an actual checkout is offered. Any future checkout must show price, billing interval, renewal and cancellation details before you agree to pay. Nothing in this agreement alone authorizes a charge.

Promotional codes grant the specified plan for the stated trial period, subject to code expiry and redemption limits. One promotional trial is available per account. No card is required and a trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. At expiry your account returns to its otherwise applicable plan. Saved work is retained, but new saves or features may be restricted by that plan’s limits.

For an established paid subscription with a confirmed renewal payment failure, Roamzi provides a seven-day grace period before pausing room access. Retrying a failed invoice does not restart the period. Payment confirmation restores eligible access. A payment pause retains room data; it is not account deletion. Initial unpaid checkout does not grant paid access. Moderation, security and legal restrictions can apply immediately and independently of billing. Cancellation and any outstanding charges must be managed through the available billing channel; an admin access pause or account removal does not itself cancel a Stripe subscription. Refunds follow the offer shown at checkout and applicable consumer law; statutory rights are not waived.

7. Shops and purchases

Room owners are independent sellers and are responsible for accurate product information, lawful items, stock, taxes, delivery, returns, customer service, warranties and required disclosures. Roamzi provides tools and does not become the seller of third-party products. Buyers should review seller information before purchasing. Stripe handles card details where payment is enabled; external shop links have their own policies. Do not represent a prototype payment connection as active checkout. Selling or accepting contractual payment obligations requires an adult or a legally authorized business representative. This section does not remove any rights or responsibilities imposed by law.

Events, visitor controls and activity

Public room owners can publish event listings. Event hosts are responsible for accurate descriptions, permissions, conduct and cancellations. An RSVP expresses interest and does not guarantee entry or capacity; rooms currently support up to eight simultaneous visitors. Following and optional in-app activity badges do not subscribe you to marketing email. You may mute or hide visitors and manage saved account blocks. Anonymous visitors cannot be reliably linked across visits. Room owners may view approximate counts of room visits, product interactions and website or booking clicks. These counts are not verified unique people or sales.

8. VR, voice, photos and video

Follow your device’s safety guidance, maintain a clear physical area and stop if you feel unwell. Never use VR while driving or in an unsafe setting. Do not record or photograph other people or their voices without any consent required by law. Respect a request to stop recording. Voice is opt-in, and media permissions are controlled by your browser. Roamzi cannot control recordings made by other visitors or third-party devices.

9. Service availability, warranties and liability

Roamzi is evolving. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical or legally required. Keep independent copies of valuable work. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every device, error-free models, sales results or the behavior of other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roamzi and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits or loss of data. Their aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or fees you paid Roamzi for the service in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or personal injury liability protected by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain intact.

10. Responsibility for claims

To the extent allowed by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Roamzi and its operator against third-party claims and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful content, infringement of others’ rights or material breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by Roamzi’s own unlawful conduct. We will provide reasonable notice and cooperation for an indemnified claim and will not settle it in a way that imposes obligations on you without your consent. This provision applies only where enforceable and does not override consumer protections.

11. Changes, disputes and contact

Material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance with an updated agreement version. Rights and remedies required by the law applicable to you remain available. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Contact Roamzi through the concern and account-review form or reply to an account notice. We aim to resolve concerns in good faith.
